Healthcare company currently seeks an experienced contracts paralegal for a long term position. This role will support the General Counsel and a corporate paralegal to compile a contracts database. Candidates should have a wide variety of contracts experience, as this position will require the candidate to pull key elements and terms from both complex and basic contracts to update the database.
