Zeta Associates is a leading provider of complex communications signals
collection and processing systems. We excel at DSP algorithm development and prototyping, systems integration, hardware integration and development, and field deployment. Zeta has earned a stellar reputation by providing innovative engineering solutions to the most challenging collection and processing problems posed by the rapidly evolving communications field.
Our strength is our great people. You can always recognize them by their innovative and complex engineering solutions, in-depth understanding of the communications field, integrity, and passion. By aiming to deliver innovative engineering solutions, our people constantly strive for improvement – by listening, researching, understanding, and using their knowledge; by seeking ideas and making good ideas even better; and by going the extra mile, often heroically. As a result, we create world-class innovative solutions to complex problems, and lasting relationships – built on understanding.
Zeta-delivered systems are found around the world. They are major components in the signal analysis centers of several military and other government agencies, and fly on the aircraft of several U.S. armed services.
Zeta Associates was founded in 1984 with the goal of providing superior technical services to our clients. From the beginning, the corporate culture and business model have been guided by the following principles:
Hire only the best people who have a proven track record and a strong mission focus;
Provide a first-rate work environment that focuses on solving high-end intelligence problems;
Organize our work around flexible project teams;
Observe the highest ethical standards in all that we do; and
Maintain a business model that is not bureaucratic and is organizationally flat.
The efforts of Zeta's experienced staff have earned the company a sterling reputation in our selected disciplines. Our numerous and significant national and tactical contributions far exceed what would be expected from a company of our size. In our projects we emphasize in-depth understanding of the problems and the associated real-world operational considerations. Our performance trademark is to solve a problem with fewer people, in less time, and in more depth.
Zeta offers a benefits plan that is unmatched in its scope and flexibility. It consists of two major elements: the retirement plan and the Individual Benefits Account (IBA). Under the retirement plan, the company contributes the equivalent of 25 percent of the employee’s salary (up to a $51,000 per year contribution) directly into the employee’s 401K account. Vesting is immediate and the account is self-directed. The company also contributes the equivalent of 25 percent of salary into every employee’s IBA account. With this account the employee chooses from a variety of benefit options that best meet his or hers and/or their family coverage and needs to include: medical insurance, vacation/paid leave time (8 weeks / 320 hours), reimbursement for uncovered medical expenses, etc. We offer many different and flexible healthcare and insurance options. Funds remaining in the IBA that are not used for employee benefits are taken out at year end or up to 3 times a year as a cash bonus.
