PRIMARY SKILLS:  Nortel MPS Developer

Job Responsibilities:
Analysis, design and development of the IVR applications on Nortel/Periphonics MPS platform following full project lifecycle.
Utilize MPS Developer (PeriProducer) programming environment to develop and support existing and new IVR applications.
Interact with vendors and internal groups as part of support activities and new project implementations.
Production support of the IVR applications and systems on an as required basis.
Complete projects deliverables within set timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications:
4+ years progressive experience/responsibilities in the are of design, development and support of IVR applications on Nortel/Periphonics platform
Experience with large scale IVR implementations
Must have experience integrating IVR with various back-end systems, databases, telephony interfaces and CTI environments
Experience with Nortel/Periphonics MPS 500/1000 IVR platform
Experience with Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech
C and Shell scripting
SQL/Oracle
Power-user knowledge of Unix/Solaris
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Computer Information Systems or equivalent education or experience.
