We are hiring for Distribution Center Supervisors; both shifts. Must be flexible with hours.

Come and be a part of the GROWING Retail Distribution Center/eCommerce.  We are hiring Distribution Supervisors!  Come and make a difference!

The ideal 2nd shift candidate will have experience and be responsible for the following duties: 

• Experience using  a WMS
• MUST be experienced calculating units poer hour and labor management
• Seasoned professionals with experience in shipping/receiving, and Compliance and Pick to Pack
• Manage multiple direct reports and teams greater than 80 people
• Knowledgeable of running numbers and motivating staff to make those numbers
• Develop, managing and auditing SOP's
• Coaching, developing employees to attain & maintain individual department standards
• New hire training and integration
• Familiar with Labor Management
• Experience in the Retail Distribution a plus

 Preferred:

• Experience managing employee productivity tools and metrics
• Workforce Management strategy - Bottom 10%
• High Volume Shipping/Receiving
• VAS background - Full cycle of process
• Retail DC Background
• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
• Supervising 80+ employees on a team
