1st Shift Maintenance Technician $16-$19/hour
Do you like to work with your hands? Do you have experience fixing production equipment and fabricating new equipment? Our client located in Elgin, IL is currently searching for a first shift Maintenance Technician to assist in upgrading equipment and workstations in their state of the art facility.
The maintenance tech will assist in maintaining and repairing production equipment, fabricate work stations, work with power tools, schematics, and troubleshoot equipment, other maintenance duties as assigned.
Min 5 years electrical, mechanical and fabrication experience. Experience using power tools and measurement instruments. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing and NEC standards a major plus. Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs.
