A local DFW company is seeking a motivated and experience P&C Insurance Customer Service Rep!
This is a direct hire position that will offer stability and growth. Qualified candidates will need a minimum of 2 yrs P&C insurance experience. Licensing is not required, but is considered a major plus!
Duties consist of, but are not limited to:
*Answering questions from policy holders regarding coverage, fees, policy changes, etc.
*Assisting office personnel with proposals and general office work.
*Taking information from prospective policy holders in order to obtain a quote.
*Completing projects, proposals, requests in a timely manner.
*Following up on loose ends and making sure the policy holder is receiving exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications include:
*2+ years P&C insurance experience, preferably in a customer service or sales role. (NO CLAIMS EXAMINERS/UNDERWRITERS PLEASE)
*Proficient experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
*Computer and Internet Savvy.
*Minimum typing of 40 wpm.
*Accurate and detailed data entry skills.
*Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
