Retail Distribution Center Required

• Experience using a WMS
• Must be metrics driven and run daily workload plan(s)
• Seasoned professionals with experience in Shipping/Receiving, and Compliance and Pick to Pack
• Manage multiple direct reports and teams greater than 20 people
• Develop, managing and auditing SOP's
• Coaching, developing employees to attain & maintain individual department standards
• New hire training and integration
• Familiar with Labor Management
• Experience in the Retail Distribution

Preferred

• Experience managing employee productivity tools and metrics
• Experience with a Pay for Performance Environment
• Workforce Management strategy - Bottom 10% or similar
• High volume Shipping/Receiving
• RF Scanning expt.
• VAS background - Full cycle of process
• Minimum 5 years in a Manager role
• Management of 300+ employees
