Bachelor's Degree preferred - but combination of education and related experience will be considered
Compensation Commensurate with experience - salary range from 40K-50K
Experience: min. 2-5 years
We are looking for a well-rounded, intelligent and self-motivated 3D Designer. Design and field work to be included over time, as familiarity with the work related to this business is acquired. Experience in interior designs and architecture is a plus.
JOB DESCRIPTION: This candidate will work as a Designer. Primary responsibility will be producing the concepts, designs, detailing and development of trade show booths/pavilions/exhibitions in the form of 3-D Renderings and AutoCad drawings.
The Ideal candidate must be able to create/produce technically sound 3-D Renderings and Drawings (meaning - not just concept renders, but real-life, technically feasible and execute-able designs.)
* Must be proficient in Autodesk Max, 3D Studio Max (preferable with V-Ray), and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
* Must be able to produce shop drawings, furniture layouts, graphic layouts and specification sheets
* Must have great attention to detail - both aesthetic and technical
* Design Savvy and Creative
* Ability to come up with optimal design solutions quickly
* Must be willing and able to learn quickly about our existing modular structures
* Business acumen and professional demeanor
* Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
* Flexible Work hours - as this is a deadline-driven business
* Must be able to work independently and self-motivated to perform necessary research for tasks
* Must be able to work effectively with colleagues across multi-departmental lines - primarily the Project Team and Production Team
* Minimal Traveling required - for site-surveys and Show-site surveys
* Experience with the Trade Show Business is a plus
* Bilingual in Italian is a PLUS
