PROJECT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM CONSULTANT
CDI ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS HAS AN IMMEDIATE OPENING FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITION TO BE LOCATED AT OUR CLIENT SITE IN ANCHORAGE, ALASKA.
Project Management System Consultant
The Project Management System Consultant will:
1. provide the framework, model, tools and delivery method to support the development and deployment of over twenty common processes and process enablers that comprise a PD Project Management System that will improve project and program performance through a systematic and consistent way of conducting project work in Alaska.
2. design a framework to implement Integrated Activity Planning Structures 7-10 for the SPU and to enable Detailed Planning and Optimization within the Alaska projects community with initial focus on the Projects Directorate by engaging project management to drive delivery of work aligned with IAP.
3. conduct after-action reviews and engage in special projects to analyze ways to optimize and increase predictability of project and program performance, and support effective management decisions
Responsibilities
• Substantial leadership experience in the oil and gas industry including engineering and project and performance management in the arctic environment.
• Subject Matter Expertise in engineering, project management and operations across the project lifecycle.
• In-depth knowledge of industry and corporate standards and how to embed them in an integrated management system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel, Visio.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
