Operations Manager

Performed lessons learned research for Project IM plan and provide the information to the Project development Manager.
By Risk Management Lead to provide inputs for Opex/lifting cost targets and Operations org structure.
Integrating initial commissioning and startup strategy into design philosophies/startegies.
Provide Field Operations requirements to SOR
By project lead to provide to evaluate application of IM standard in project concepts.
To provide commissioning and startup impacts of option to the Project manager (Provide concerns on all options)
By E&C Ops Lead on input to the Project Lead for the PEP:SimOps
Create the Start-up Plan
Prepare PMAC for execute stage
Provide input to define DSP
To Provide Project Manager with input into the plan, identify gatekeepers, BRO, SPA’s, and SPOC’s.
To provide the Project manager with the start-up plan
To identify field Operations resources to meet the staffing plan and provide to the Project manager.
To provide project manager with input on developing the Pre-operation plan
Ensure the O&M, commissioning, and Start-up Philosophies/strategies are in alignment with previously established guidelines.
To provide Field Operations input to the Project Manager as needed to execute VIPs
To Provide Project Manager with input on permit related operational commitments
To provide Project Manager with equipment and capital spares as well as commissioning spares requirements.
