Our call center operates 7 days per week. We are looking for candidates who can work flexible
schedules and are looking for a stable work environment.

Education and/or Experience: Six months customer service experience, one year certificate
from technical school or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. General technology knowledge, including the ability
to describe in general terms: operating systems, basic internet navigation, hardware
components, software, peripherals, and email applications.
Communication: Ability to effectively present technical information clearly and concisely.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
