Busy call center has immediate opening for experienced tech savvy Customer Support agents
with strong trouble shooting skills. We have immediate openings for strong analytical
candidates who are familiar with home entertainment products to support our technology
department.

Our call center operates 7 days per week. We are looking for candidates who can work flexible

Skills/ Requirements

Education and/or Experience: Six months customer service experience, one year certificate
from technical school or one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. General technology knowledge, including the ability
to describe in general terms: operating systems, basic internet navigation, hardware
components, software, peripherals, and email applications.
Communication: Ability to effectively present technical information clearly and concisely.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using
whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
