Spherion in partnership with a large insurance company is seeking applications for Customer Service/Call Center Specialist. Must have previous customer service/call center experience along with excellent computer and keyboarding skills. These are full time positions long term positions.

This Position is Responsible For:
· Inbound calls from customers updating account information.
· Research transactions and answer customer/agents questions.
Minimum Qualifications include:
· Minimum 1 year of recent Customer Service experience.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
· Highly detail-oriented and thorough.
· Must be able to work independently and maintain focus performing repetitive task.
Criminal, credit, and drug screens are required of all applicants.
