Busy company in SALEM, OR is looking for an experienced AR/Credit and Collections Specialist with a solid accounting background to handle the following:
- High volume AR and collections (commercial)
- 3-5 years AR/Credit/Collections Experience
- 3-5 years Accounting experience
- Day to day accounting: daily cash receipts, bank deposits, reconciliations and aging reports
- Pull and research credit for new accounts
- Handle bad debt collections
- Research short pay and make collection calls
- Work closely with NAMC group
- Excellent communicator - will be interacting with many depts.
