Provide on-site technical,
installation, service and maintenance support for facility in
also participate in the installation and commissioning of the project.
1. Provide on-site first line emergency and preventative
service to facility.
2. Requires troubleshooting, replacing and/or repairing
video display and related equipment.
3. Arrange for product returns and/or exchanges with the
service department.
4. Daily equipment checks to ensure equipment is
operational.
5. Perform preventative maintenance on designated
exhibits and A/V equipment.
6. Manage database for customer assets, consumables and
repairs.
7. Assist in training of client’s staff.
8. Provide technical phone support (e.g. answer
questions, troubleshoot suggestions) to customer.
9. Provide weekend and evening Service Phone support to facility.
10. Provide weekend and evening Service support to
Electrosonic customers.
11. Provide Service Coordinator with assigned call number
and close-out paperwork / information in a timely manner.
12. Provide all documentation in a timely manner (e.g.
material and labor reports, preventative maintenance reports, expense reports,
job costing records, timesheets).
13. Perform other activities and responsibilities as
directed by the immediate manager.
Skills
1. Outstanding customer service ability.
2. Good communication skills, verbal and written.
3. Ability to read and comprehend blue prints,
schematics, and training manuals.
4. Ability to operate multi-meter, oscilloscope and
other related industry and test equipment.
5. Computer literate e.g. Windows, MS Word, MS Excel and
scheduling programs, as well as a good understanding of computer functionality.
6. Basic knowledge of programming software such as AMX
and Crestron preferred.
7. Detail oriented.
8. Strong problem solving and troubleshooting abilities.
9. DSP Programming.
10. Experience servicing large projectors.
11. Have worked in theater environment.
12. Able to lift 50 pounds.

BS Degree in Electronic Engineering or
equivalent job experience and a technical degree/certificate.
2.
“Hands-on” project engineering/management experience
involving audio, video, film, and control systems.
3.
Minimum 3 years related experience.

Valid driver’s license. Good driving record.

Technical tools including multi-meter.
