ABA Behavior Therapists are responsible for working directly with students, implementing programs and behavior protocols, ensuring that all IEP objectives are met, collecting data, preparing curriculum aligning with the MA Curriculum Frameworks, aiding in the preparation of MCAS-Alt Portfolios and developing and reviewing progress reports. The ABA Behavior Therapist will work with the RCS Clinical Team to organize educational assessments, placement tests and the development of IEP's. Candidate must enjoy children, have a Bachelor’s degree, and preferably have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. Please be prepared to submit references.
Full-time and part-time positions, including weekend hours, are available and include working in a school setting (Natick, MA) and/or home settings (Central MA, Greater Boston, Metrowest, North Shore, Southeast, SouthShore and Western MA).
