Responsible for Logistics Administrative Support for the Special Operation Forces AC-130U under the SSSCII Contract task Order 0046. BAE on-site liaison with the AC-130U Sustainment Manager, providing immediate response for resolving critical issues and distributing workloads. Provides technical support for the AC 130U Gunship Sustainment Manager, engineers, and associated 572 ACSS/GFLA personnel during Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Integrated Logistics Support Management Team (ILSMT) meetings, design reviews, provisioning conferences, and other meetings, as required. Coordinates with ASC, HQ AFSOC, various directorates at Robins AFB, Hurlburt units, other ALCs, and other contractors to resolve TPS and support equipment support concerns associated with AC-130U systems and their support at field and depot levels during transition from interim contractor support to depot organic support. Provide logistical and technical expertise to resolve maintenance and supportability problems during the planning, arrival and completion of Programmed Depot Maintenance (PDM) on AC-130U undergoing PDM, and provide support to identify, analyze, and resolve concerns related to establishing organic depot capability for several unique AC 130U avionics systems. Participate in technical data development by providing technical inputs and insuring data meet MIL-STD requirements during periodic reviews. Review Computer Program Identification Number (CPIN) submittals, and provides comments for corrections and input data into the Automated Computer Program Identification Number System (ACPINS) database. Maintained several management tracking devices including the AC 130U Action Item Summary Report and the AC 130U Planner and input data for TPS, such as the APQ180 Transmitter, Electronic Systems Test Set, 25/40/105mm guns, Communications System upgrade and DGU that require provisioning/re-provisioning due to a change in configuration/modifications/level of maintenance.
Also serve as backup Configuration Control Manager for information being extracted from the Boeing Contractor Integrated Technical Information System (CITIS) and integrated into the Government Livelink® system; performs as Point of Contact (POC) between Boeing (U-model configuration manager) and Intergraph (current Livelink® manager) to ensure Integrated Weapon System Support Program (IWSSP) contract data, metrics data, drawings, and all other CITIS data will be transitioned from CITIS to Livelink® in a configuration-controlled format; manages risk as a measure of the ability/inability to achieve program objectives within cost and schedule constraints. Provide analysis of ALLTV program data and actively support individual ALLTV contract negotiations. Serve as Deputy PM when needed, sitting in when the PM is out of office/off base, solves programmatic concerns, and coordinating with SMEs, as necessary regarding AN/AAQ26 Infrared detection Set. Work obsolescence/supportability issues for current modernization program on the ESTS; provide coordination on contract packages. Aide in the development of AC 130H/U IETMs by providing coordination support between the acquisition legacy organization (ASC/LUG), the OEM (Boeing), and the integration/standardization office (580 ACSG/GFEAG). AC-130U Gunship SPO Transition- 356 AESG to 580 ACSG. Maintain transportation briefing slides, action items, coordinates agendas, coordinates and sets up video/telecommunications equipment for monthly meetings, maintains current and historical AC 130U documentation in the Livelink® database for 572 ACSS/GFLA, compose/coordinate approval of documents for sustainment programs transferring from ASC to WR-ALC per the Program Executive Officer (PEO) realignment, and generates and maintains approval processes; works with the 667 AESS to coordinate monthly VTC meetings; coordinates schedule, sets up and operates the equipment, records meeting minutes, and records, assigns, and distributes action items; works to build agendas, coordinating them across the team; creates monthly and quarterly PMR slides. Additional program coordination includes approval transition documents communicated to front office, back and forth to ASC's front office, and working with Contracting to facilitate transfer of official contracts documentation from356 AESG to 580 ACSG. Technical Orders (TOs) Assist in resolving technical data problems resulting from part numbers not being stock listed, changing Source Maintenance and Recoverability (SMR) codes, and correct identification of subassemblies and attaching parts. Use engineering drawings and other available source data to verify the needed changes. Participate in ILSMTs and co-chair ALLTV CLS contract Multi-Functional Team (MFT) meetings; function as 580 ACSG POCs for QPRs, responsible for booking conference rooms, operating VTC equipment, sending notifications of time/place/agendas/action items to group personnel from pertinent programs; we will provide all briefing materials, minutes, and other supporting documentation, as requested. Assist 572 ACSS/GFLA in creating new PWS, Performance Plans, Acquisition Plans, Staffing Plans, CDRL, as well as provides funding breakouts of line items for Purchase Requests (PRs) to Production Management Specialists to create PRs (including adjustment requests to AFSOC/USSOCOM to obtain funding for mod contracts based on the exchange rate of the U.S. Dollar vs. the U.K. Pound, ALLTV CLS program). Participated in meetings/discussions with ASC, LUG, LF, and others to work logistics issues resulting from a low spares pool and diminishing spares availability; researched the needs/shortages/solutions and provided system and parts availability data on numerous systems/components for use in procuring systems, subsystems, and components to populate the new aircraft.
Analyze and processes Modification Proposals (AF Forms 1067s) and track TCTO and configuration control board packages by using Microsoft® Excel and Project to generate matrixes and summary sheets to capture MFT status. Program Sustainment involved in the transition from CITIS to the Livelink® system. Review and input new and revised requirements, provide training, guidance and other assistance, as required, to the ESs. Prepare documentation that includes PWS, Performance Plans, Acquisition Plan, CDRLs, monthly/semi-annual PMR briefs, CCB packages for various PMs, upward adjustment forms for AFSOC/USSOCOM, trip reports, organization charts, telephone rosters, POM inputs, transition approvals, schedules, quad charts, DD Forms 254, Slide 5s (funding charts), Award Fee letter inputs, briefing charts and CPAR inputs, various documents for Maintenance Equipment Valuation (MEV) booklet inspections that are conducted annually, and inputs/updates for the AC 130U Life Cycle Management. Participated in and be engaged in all facets of meetings/conferences including PMRs, Supply Support Reviews (SSRs), Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs) and Radar Working Groups (RWGs), providing logistics/technical support of the AC 130U and the APQ 180 Radar. Bachelors degree in logistics or a related scientific/technical discipline is required. A Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certificate with four (4) years related experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree. Ten (10) years experience in logistics may be substituted for the Bachelors Degree. Must have ten (10) years experience in (1) use of configuration and logistic management systems for sustainment of military products, systems, or equipment; (2) planning, scheduling, and implementation of logistic program activities from conceptual stage through life cycle of product; and (3) coordinating logistics activities between the Government and vendors. Four (4) of the ten (10) years experience must have been working with Special Operation Forces assets.
