·         Accounting for facility leases, including straight-line rent, deferred rent, classification and tenant improvements sublease and intercompany lease billing.

·         Annual lease commitment schedule

·         Sarbanes-Oxley compliance and documentation and fulfilling requests from external auditors

·         Perform capital lease testing, create amortization schedules, maintain proper lease documentation

·         Document quarterly lease changes

·         Liaison with accounts payable department, landlords and real estate group

·         Perform common area maintenance (CAM) and real estate reconciliations

·         Research and resolve accounting issues, as needed

·          Accounting degree required with a minimum of 2 years experience. CPA designation or CPA candidate preferred.

·         Working knowledge of GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles), especially lease accounting.

·         Proficient in Excel Oracle and Outlook experience preferred
