We have an excellent opportunity at our Louisville Plasma Donor Center for an Administrative Assistant to play a critical role in our customer interaction.

You will be responsible for building a rapport with donors to ensure their overall customer satisfaction and support long-term donation. Duties include phone coverage; processing mail; scheduling meetings; distributing/preparing reports; maintaining records; preparing correspondence; and managing supplies.

HS Diploma or equivalent required. Prior administrative experience preferred. Must be proficient in Word/Excel and have 10-key skills. We are seeking candidates who are detail oriented and able to multi-task. Strong organizational, communication, basic math/accounting, analytical and reasoning skills are essential.
