ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
A fast-paced Christian CPA firm seeks an energetic, professionally-savvy administrative assistant who wants to grow in their career and deliver outstanding customer service in a business-casual, family-friendly environment.
Multi-tasking of numerous daily responsibilities is required, including client reception, telephone answering, copying, filing, appointment scheduling, client billing, project tracking, etc.
Overtime availability of up to 50 hours/week during tax season is necessary.
The ideal candidate will have a friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, experience with billing and receivables, be well-versed in Microsoft Office products, and have 1-2 years experience in a small business environment managing multiple projects and deadlines.
