ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT: Hedrick Gardner Kincheloe & Garofalo, LLP, is a civil defense litigation firm with offices throughout the Carolinas. We seek an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to two attorneys in our Wilmington office located in the Mayfaire area. The position requires a minimum typing speed of 60 WPM, proficiency in Microsoft Word and exceptional grammar and punctuation skills. Candidate must be organized and detail oriented, have a professional demeanor and be able to handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment. Candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as have strong administrative and work ethic skills. We prefer the candidate have 1+ years’ experience working in a professional setting (preferably in a law office), have transcription experience and possess high energy and a willingness to learn.
