Detroit Admin/Office Manager
We are seeking a dedicated Administrator/Office Manager that will be responsible for providing support to the Management Staff at a Luxury Apartment Building located in Detroit Michigan.
This candidate should be detail-oriented, have the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
· Composing and preparing correspondence for signature, answering phones and scheduling appointments and conference calls.
· Maintain accurate files and records.
· Light Bookkeeping.
· Data Entry
· Help coordinate the daily operations of the office.
· Assist with Tenant complaints.
Job Requirements:
· 1-3 years administrative experience
· Excellent Customer Service Skills
· Excellent Phone Manners
· Real Estate Management background preferred
· Experience in using Microsoft Office
· Experience in using Yardi Real Estate Software preferred
