You are required to have a strong clinical background, and recent floor experience.  If you are a behind the desk manager, this opportunity is not for you.  You must have a strong understanding of MDS.  You don't have to be MDS certified but it would be a plus.  

 

All potential candidates must have:

 



- An active LVN license

- At least 2 years experience in assisted living, home health, or long-term care in a supervisory role.

- First-rate leadership skills to work with existing nurse managers and employees.

- A strong understanding of MDS.



- Excellent written and verbal skills
