We are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Director of Nursing for our Gainesville, Florida long term care facility.

The ADON will assist the Director of Nursing with managing the stakeholders in the building, preparing for survey, hiring and counseling employees, and assist in directing the care for the residents.

Candidate MUST have RN license in the state of Florida AND experience in managment in a long term care environment.
