Internship Title: IT Service Mobility and Service Power Intern
Work Location: Boca Raton, FL
Internship Summary:
The IT Service Mobility and Service Power Intern will be responsible for helping support two major enterprise applications along with applications that support the two main systems.
Requirements:
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Works directly with Senior Engineer and Application Architect to develop code from written and verbal requirements. 2. Provide assistance to the business team in identifying and fixing existing functional issues. 3. Create automated unit tests.
Requirements:
Education:
• Minimum of two years of successfully completed college courses • Pursuing BS degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems.
Experience:
• Experience with any combination of the following programs highly preferred: o C# o Microsoft Visual Studio o Relational Databases - Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle o XML o ASP.net
Skills:
• Must possess and demonstrate excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills • Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Must demonstrate strategic thinking abilities • Must possess problem solving and analytical skills • Must be well organized and able to multi task • Must be detail-oriented • Proven initiative and self-starter skills • Must be able to interact effectively with a variety of individuals within and between departments
