TradeStation Securities is looking to expand its Product Management team that is responsible for TradeStation, the award-winning, state-of-the-art trading platform.  In this role you will be a member of the Product Management team responsible for prioritizing and defining the requirements for multiple projects while working as a member of an Agile development team. Applicants must be familiar with a variety of trading / securities industry concepts, practices, and procedures. Candidates are expected to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish a variety of complicated tasks and goals.  A strong technical background with a wide degree of technical proficiency, creativity, and latitude is expected. Experience with Scrum and Agile development is a plus.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Translate the customer and market needs into product requirements
• Work with an Agile development team to specify and scope features and understand and optimize functionality
• Manage the product life cycle from conception through release and beyond

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s/MBA a plus)
• 3+ years experience as a product owner/product manager/developer in the securities industry
• Experience with trading platforms is beneficial, but not required
• Experience with Scrum and Agile development is a plus
