We are currently recruiting for a qualified, interested and available AIM Program Manager for an opportunity located in Hickory, NC.

General Summary:

Lead and manage the AIM program. The position would include working with existing programs, as well as enhancing, or developing new programs that would add value to the service model. Primary focus is currently AIM, and managing all aspects of the AIM program. This position is an integral part of key service related projects, and will work closely with the sales team, customers, as well as internal operations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage and create best practices of the AIM program and other customer care.
  • Promote all aspects of the AIM program with the customer base. Using existing tools, provide information to customers that demonstrate the value of the program, and make recommendations for program improvements.
  • Manage the existing AIM platform with focus on identifying and implementing necessary improvements and leading the development of the next level of the AIM program (i.e. AIM 3.0, etc.).
  • Focus on developing information/data to enhance and improve overall performance of the AIM program and other sales tools.
  • The position is a key link between Field Sales, Operations, IT, and the customer with a focus analyzing the inventory management system.
  • Prepare, analyze, communicate and effectively present AIM performance data to management and external customers.
  • Meet with customers on a regular basis to develop new service ideas and better meet individual customer needs.
  • Perform special projects as requested for upper management and support ongoing projects concerning the S&M Department needs such as updating software project, etc. by coordinating with necessary departments for assistance in providing adequate solutions and obtaining accurate information. This includes providing monthly reports to management.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree required. Business-related curriculum preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience required. Related experience should include: customer service management, supply chain management, or IT management with focus on Sales and Marketing support or customer focus process
  • Excellent leadership, organization, interpersonal and teamwork skills are required
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills required
  • Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
  • Capacity to think broadly and strategically about business issues
  • Good analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP required
  • Extensive travel required
  • Ability to interface with other functions of the company such as operations, IT, Finance, Sales & marketing, etc.
