The Health & Public Service operating group serves health organizations, government agencies, institutions and nonprofit organizations worldwide providing a broad range of consulting, technology, system integration and business processing services.

 

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client site or within our global delivery network.

 

The Requirements Management Analyst will be responsible for:

 

  • Working as part of the overall team to design, implement, and refine a requirements management process for the organization as part of an enterprise transformation for our client.
  • Help to develop the team project plan while adhering to Accenture methodologies for creating and implementing an enterprise requirements management process.
  • Responsible for delivering work products on time, on budget.
  • Performs support activities as needed to execute business processes. 
  • Create supporting materials such as scope documents, client presentations, etc.
  • Provide status to team lead, noting accomplishments and issues if needed.
  • Holds responsibility for their day-to-day activities, work products and deliverables.

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • Must have Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance
  • 2 years of work professional experience
  • 1 year of Business Process Reengineering (BPR) experience
  • Bachelors degree

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • Experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Training Delivery and Meeting Facilitation
  • Strong Microsoft skills

 

Professional Skills:

 

  • Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment
