Location:  Mechanicsburg, PA

 

The Public Service operating group serves government organizations around the globe, as well as foundations, Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) and non-profit enterprises. 

 

Service Delivery professionals are responsible for providing service delivery across the breadth of offerings such as accounting, information technology, application development and maintenance, helpdesk services, procurement, learning and training, and human resources. The work that is performed by our delivery professionals may serve one or more clients concurrently and they may be located directly at a client

 

Sr. Acquisition Logistics analyst to help with the following:

 

  • Standup strategic sourcing program office
  • Perform typical program office functions
  • Manage program metrics
  • Manage spend analysis
  • Manage sourcing execution
  • Perform Total ownership cost analysis
  • Perform program controls including budget, schedule, and performance
  • Prepare briefings for staff

 

This position requires travel 25% travel or more.

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications

 

  • 5 years of strategic sourcing experience
  • 5 years of Project Management of a strategic sourcing effort.
  • Eligible to obtain a Secret Clearance
  • Bachelor's Degree

 

Preferred Skills:

 

  • US Navy Sourcing experience
  • Experience performing spend analysis
  • PBL Contracting experience

 

Professional Skills:

 

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Must be able to prioritize projects to meet critical deadlines with excellent follow-through
