People within the Client Operations-Application Outsourcing (AO) workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.

Job Description:

 

The ANSS - Sustainment Real Property Development Lead role is responsible for overseeing all Real Property development activities including FPL management, Hotline/Warmline management, Release and Transition Support and Production Support,  The Real Property Sustainment Team Lead will also assist with staffing, career development, budget forecasting, work planning, and performance feedback for development team members.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with client and teaming partners to support Sustainment mission and oversee completion deliverables on schedule and with high quality
  • Adhere to Sustainment processes and procedures
  • Batch error resolution and performance tuning support
  • On-call support rotation
  • Resolution to system transactional errors
  • Resolution to hotlines/warm lines (break/fix requests)
  • Review and approve Real Property detailed development requirements and designs to address system change request
  • Support project estimating
  • Limited travel to other client sites as required
  • Satisfactory submittal for government background investigation
  • Some travel to local client sites may be necessary
  • Will be required to carry on-call pager on a rotational basis
  • Submittal for Department of Defense background investigation

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 2 years SAP ABAP experience
  • 1 year MS Excel
  • Must be US Citizen, no dual citizenships

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Government industry experience
  • Familiarity with SAP Flexible Real Estate and Project Systems module functionality
  • Familiarity with integration architecture transactions
  • Government security clearance
  • Strong skills in MS-Excel
  • Experience supporting teams in a matrix environment

 

Professional Skills

 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong client interaction skills
  • Ability to work well in a team setting
