People within the Client Operations-Application Outsourcing (AO) workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.

Job Description:

 

The ANSS - System Specialist Functional Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting the SAP Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), Project Systems, and Finance (FI) modules.  The Analyst interacts with business representatives, users, and others to understand Sustainment related enhancement requests and issues, and determine an appropriate resolution.  This resource should be able to provide 24x7 production support when called upon as well.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Work closely with client and teaming partners to support Sustainment mission and oversee completion deliverables on schedule and with high quality
  • Adhere to Sustainment processes and procedures
  • Batch error resolution and performance tuning support
  • On-call support rotation
  • Analyze and clarify system transactional errors
  • Analyze and clarify hotlines/warm lines (break/fix requests)
  • Review and approve Real Property detailed development requirements and designs to address system change request
  • Support project estimating
  • Limited travel to other client sites as required
  • Satisfactory submittal for government background investigation
  • Some travel to local client sites may be necessary
  • Will be required to carry on-call pager on a rotational basis
  • Submittal for Department of Defense background investigation

 

Qualifications

 

Basic Qualifications:

 

  • 1 year hands-on technical SAP experience
  • 1 year MS Excel
  • Must be US Citizen, no dual citizenships

 

Preferred Skills/Qualifications:

 

  • Government industry experience
  • Familiarity of solution testing including Unit, System Integration and Regression Test
  • Familiarity with SAP - SAP RE-FX, PS, PM, FI, SD, or MM
  • Familiarity with integration architecture transactions
  • Government security clearance
  • Strong skills in MS-Excel
  • Experience supporting teams in a matrix environment
