Job Description:
AP Clerk duties include: 3 way match MRO & RM invoices. Entering all AP invoices MRO/RM/Freight into SAP system. Manage filing system for payables. Month end journal entries - raw material entries such as usage, inventory, adjustments and shipments. Raw material reconciliation between SAP system and AS400. Weekly payroll (Kronos). Misc. task as required. Capable or working in a fast pace with attention to detail & accuracy
