About the Job

What you will do:


The primary responsibility of this role is to help the Accounts Payable Coordinators. It includes, review, edit, code and invoice entry. Additional responsibilities will include Journal entries, invoice review prior to sending to outsource teams, supporting the businesses and other AP related functions

What we look for:


  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

  • 4 year degree or 2 year degree with 4-6 years experience or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Accounting and audit skills

  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement in problem resolution

  • Understanding AP processes and Cross train

  • Team player with ability to work independently as well and aptitude to grasp quickly

  • Excel, Major ERP knowledge, good communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
