About the Job
Apartment community in Summit County, Ohio, has immediate opening for a experienced maintenance technician. Duties include (but are not limited to) preparation of vacant suites, upkeep of resident's homes, upkeep of all common areas, some landscaping, and snow removal. This position requires experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, plaster, HVAC experience, good communication skills, valid drivers license. Compensation includes salary, and individual medical (after 90 days). Could be a live-in position.
