-assist customers in the following:
--> directs customers to their vehicles
--> explains rental charges
--> aids in vehicle inspection
-check-ins vehicle
-->inspects vehicle for damage
-->decipher rental charges
-ready line management
-->input vehicle data in computer
-->monitor vehicle status
*-customer service
-->effectively handle customer service issues
-->problem solve/customer satisfaction
-vehicle exchanges
-->exchange non-movement and transfer movement vehicles
Maintain current knowledge of all products or additional services available to the customer.
