ART GALLERY ASSISTANT/WEB MANAGER
About the Job
Prominent Miami Design District Gallery is looking to hire a motivated, organized, experienced employee to manage web store, web site, handle inventory and database entry and uploads. Photographic and computer skills are absolutely necessary and art background/experience is a major plus! Employee must be able to speak intelligently about art, handle customers when necessary and provide administrative assistance to the gallery principals when needed. Possible travel to art shows and fairs will be possible as well. Please do not apply if you do not meet our minimum qualifications as listed above. Photographic experience means knowing and having experience using somewhat sophisticated cameras and lighting. Web skills entails understanding basic computer functions and being able to adapt to new software, websites, etc. References will be necessary.
