ASP.NET, JavaScript, VSTS, Software Design Engineer

Job Description:
Our client is a globally renowned company seeking a Developer with breadth of technical, analytical, communication, collaboration and development skills to drive aggressive development timelines and comprehend complex business processes with technology requirements to drive advanced solutions.

Job Functions:

• Creates applications including web application, windows application, window service and web service
  
• Creates data access modules based on Entity Framework, LINQ
  
• Development data tier artifacts include View, Stored procedures, SSIT package, SSRS report
  
• Creates engineering artifacts (HLD, DLD) for assigned tasks
  
• Understands the existing systems, while analyzing upstream/downstream system impacts
  
• Keeps track of the features and bug fixes being deployed
  
• Participates in triage meetings

• Object-oriented design and development experience in C++, C#, ASP.NET
  
• HTML and JavaScript abilities and experience
  
• Efficient coding T-SQL and Stored procedures, ability to create SSRS reports, SSIS package
  
• Web based application design and programming experience
  
• Understanding of .NET Framework in a development environment including Visual Studio.NET
  
• Experience using various configuration management tools including VSTS
  
• Very good understanding and knowledge of web-based services design, W3C standards, .NET Technologies, WFCInternet protocols, and distributed systems
  
• Proficiency in development web UI, Windows service, AJAX, WFC service
  
• Extensive experience utilizing advanced features of back-office technologies including ASPX, XML/XSL, DHTML, .NET (C#) assemblies, JavaScript, IIS6 and W2K3 Enterprise Server
  
• Good communication skills
  
• Passion for quality

• Working knowledge of SQL Server, Office strongly preferred
  
• Experience with VSTS DB Pro preferred
  
• Experience in LINQ and Entity Framework preferred
