JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are currently seeking an ASP.NET Programmer to work in its development group. The Global Treasury Systems Programmer will assist in the full software development life cycle of various Treasury web-based applications; primarily the Global Treasury Internet Portal (GTIP).
The Global Treasury Systems Programmer responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Develop, Maintain, and Support the Global Treasury website
- Assist in project development, planning and implementation
- Troubleshoot problem areas related to deployment and application defects
- Must have the ability to write web applications of medium to high complexity
- Development of business requirements and software specifications
- Database/Web design and implementation
- Coding and Unit Testing
- Maintenance and issue tracking
- Web reporting design
- Creation and maintenance of database and web applications
- The ability to develop, execute, and analyze test plans
- Ability to develop in a Rapid Application Design (RAD) environment while taking ownership of various processes and procedures
- Must be able to work with: all project team(s) members, all support groups, and upper management
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in systems analysis, application development and systems architecture is required
- 3+ years technical expertise in web applications development in ASP.NET is required
- Expertise in web technologies – HTML, JavaScript, CSS2, Visual Studio and Source Control software (Source Safe, PVCS)
- 3+ years experience in database development (MS SQL Server)
- A minimum 2 years of T-SQL experience – performance tuning, DTS, stored procedures, triggers is required.
- Expertise in performance optimization, files manipulation, and exception handling
- Must have significant experience in ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, ASP, Visual Studio, and SQL database programming
- Well organized who can prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or a related discipline is required
- 4+ years of experience
- Authorized to work in US
