JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Routinely assists the Branch Manager in the daily operation of the
branch.
Assists with supervision of branch employees according to the
organization's business practices, procedures, and state/federal laws.
Assists with interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning,
assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding and
disciplining employees, addressing member's concerns, and the resolution
of problems.
Responsible for the physical security of the branch office, and ensure
compliance with Club and supplier limits regarding cash, travelers
cheques, and airline ticket stock.
Responsible for providing excellent member service following the AAA
Five Diamond Member Service guidelines.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Two-year associates degree or equivalent experience required.
Strong management, customer service, planning, decision-making, team
building, and independent judgment skills.
Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously with
changing priorities.
Ability to implement efficient operating procedures, monitor
expenditures, and adapt to changing priorities and conditions.
