Responsibilities

The Associate Director of Budgeting & Reporting serves as partner to the sales and account directors, to keep them informed on performance on expenses and sales results. Help provide analysis and results to Sales and Marketing Leadhership to drive better business decision making and optimize marketing/sales performance via developing, managing and strategically interpreting information. Reports directly to the Director of Marketing, Reporting & Sales Operations. Works directly with Sales Directors, Account Directors, Corporate Finance, Accounts Payable, and Financial Planning and Analysis.

1. Responsible for all financial budget reporting for the integrated marketing and sales departments. Including weekly, monthly and YTD.
2. Responsible for all marketing activity reporting for sales and advertising department including sales forecasting, trends, ROI and cost per leads.
3. Assists in managing and training team of marketing analysts and sales operations.
4. Provides infrastructure to offer financial advisory services to the Advertising Directors and Sales Directors.
5. Responsible for the prompt timing and accuracy of all reporting functions that are required by management and cross functional teams.
6. Develop and manage the creation of the annual marketing budget and monthly current estimates.
7. Provide reporting and analysis on how Sales and Integrated Marketing is performing against internal and external benchmarks.
8. Educate sales and marketing teams about processes, procedures, systems and reports.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years in a related position.
Supervisory experience preferred.
Experience with sales forecasting, databases and financial software packages.
Basic computer skills with MS Office
