Conduct public & pvt. valuation analysis of major corporations & assess capital structure alternatives, restructuring strategies, & valuation enhancing alternatives. Prep historical & project fin'l stmts & mkt performance analysis.
Build & apply valuation models incl comparable co. analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, & comparable acquisitions analysis. Reqts: Master's deg. in Bus Admin, Int'l Business, Finance or rel. + 2 yrs exp in position offd or as an Assistant V.P., Associate, Analyst or rel.
Must have exp w/syndicated loan structuring & valuation, incl exp w/syndicated loan mkts (US, Canada & Latin America). Must have exp w/legal documentation, commitment papers & credit agreements. Must have exp w/fin'l modeling incl historical, projections & LBO modeling. Must have exp w/investment grade/cross over bank loans.
