The Store Manager has the following responsibilities:

>Assists new and existing customers with the purchase of wireless equipment and service.

>Provides customer assistance with local market promotions.

>Works exclusively in a retail store.

>Assists in special projects assigned by supervisor or other duties as assigned by management.

 

>Manages the store schedule.

 

>Trains the sales people.

 

>Recruits and Interviews employees for the store and company.

 

>Places purchase orders and handles inventory concerns

 



GENERAL DUTIES:

• Sell phones, services and accessories at management approved pricing.

• Achieve sales and customer service objectives.

• Handles administrative aspects of the store including: completing customer contracts, verifying identification, running credit, preparing customer files, addressing local market promotions, pulling product from inventory, completing warranty paperwork, taking customer payments and filing finished orders, making of store schedule

• Drives revenue by communicating the benefits of products, services, features, rate plans and special offers to new and existing customers as appropriate.

• Provides World-Class experience by resolving customer complaints or referring customer to supervisor or proper department for resolution.

• Provides information and training on products, accessories, service features, pricing plans, roaming and data to the sales staff. Interfaces with other departments on store's behalf when necessary.

• Focuses on retaining customers and employees by providing updated product and promotion information

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Responsible for all managerial aspects of a retail store operation.

• Provides excelent customer service.

• Maintains store appearance and product presentation to company standards.

• Other job duties and responsibilities when required.

 

 REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

•Specific job assignments require day, evening, weekend or holiday hours.

•High School diploma or equivalent required.

Previous managerial and sales experience required.
