Retail Sales Associates

My Wireless, an Exclusive Authorized Retailer forAT&T is seeking goal oriented, self motivated, energetic, friendly and responsible Retail Sales Associates with sales experience in the Wireless industry.  We are currently looking for individuals to staff our Retail Store in Yakima Washington.

General Duties 

• Offer, sell, and process orders of all AT&T products and services to new and existing customers.
• Meet or exceed Minimum Performance Standards pertaining to sales quotas, learning objectives, and operational guidelines.
• Provides 'world-class' customer service, resolves and reduces escalated customer issues.
• Follow and execute all instructions and guidelines set forth by My Wireless Management.
• Attends and participates in all mandatory trainings and meetings.
• Complies with all company cash, inventory, security, and maintenance policies and procedures.
• Assists with other job duties and responsibilities as required. 

Qualifications: 

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1- 3 years customer service, retail sales, commission sales, wireless sales, and cash handling experience is preferred. Wireless industry experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet Explorer etc. Typing skills are a plus 
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; i.e. email etiquette, courteousness while answering phones.  
• Able to work extended/flexible retail hours as needed. 
• May be reassigned to different location within a District as necessary.
