Are you a high-energy top performer with a shill for developing strong customer relationships? Copart Dealer Services (CDS) is looking for experienced Sales professionals to build a local territory of business. CDS Agents work with CDS franchise, wholesale, and independent dealers to provide a high level of service from reviewing inventory, advising clientele on sales trends and pricing points, to representing the dealer through the completion of the sale and transfer of title.

This is an incredible opportunity (commission driven) to create your own success and manage your own book of business including clients that range from your small mom-and-pop auto lots to large franchise dealerships.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

AUTO DEALER CONSULTANT - Sales/Marketing

  • Grow current client base as well as establish and develop new relationships with the automotive dealers in your territory.
  • Call on car dealerships in an assigned territory to promote Copart Dealer remarketing services.
  • Consult with customers to help them understand the power of making global virtual selling part of how they do business.
  • Negotiate with contacts such as Used Car Managers, General Managers, and Owners to close sales deals.
  • Work in a team-oriented fashion, supporting a unified approach to delivering customer solutions.
  • Understand and effectively communicate the Copart Dealer terms and conditions of service to customers and prospects.
  • Create, maintain, and provide accurate and timely sales forecasts.
  • Job Requirements
    Prefer a minimum of 4 years experience with independent and franchise car dealers.
  • Experience in wholesale, auto flooring, or auto auction sales is a big plus.
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in account management and relationship building.
  • Must be able to successfully negotiate between multiple parties to close sales.
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team player to achieve aggressive sales quotas.
  • Must be an organized self-starter and highly motivated to succeed.

    Compensation
    This is an independent contractor position with a minimum draw and/or commission during the initial months and then commission only with significant earning potential.
