 | ATI Allegheny Ludlum AUTOMATION ENGINEERS New Hot Rolling and Processing Facility Project ATI Allegheny Ludlum, an operating company of Allegheny Technologies (NYSE: ATI), manufactures and markets a wide range of flat rolled specialty metals. We are currently seeking Automation Engineers for the following positions to support the hot rolling operations for a new hot rolling and processing facility to be located at our Brackenridge, PA, facility located approximately 20 miles northeast of Pittsburgh. Electrical Engineer ? Power Distribution and Motors ? A Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering ? A minimum of 10 years of experience in: - Maintaining and troubleshooting large industrial AC and DC motors - Maintaining and troubleshooting large switch-gear and transformers - Power system quality analysis, short-circuit/load-flow analysis Level I Engineers ? A Bachelor?s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering ? A minimum of 10 years of experience in: - Tuning regulators in a manufacturing process - Tuning multi-variable systems with interacting and cascaded regulators - Application of advanced control theory, including gain scheduling, multivariable control - Application of basic control models for system support and development - Ability to describe complex systems to technical support person - Grounding and signals - PLC control - Industrial networks and communications - Administration and support of PLC and HMI Hardware/Software Level II Engineer ? A Master?s degree in Computer Engineering ? A minimum of 10 years of experience in: - Integrated system design and maintenance - Administration and maintenance of Level I (PLC) interfaces - Administration and maintenance of Business System interfaces - Database administration (SQL Server or Oracle), replication and programming stored procedures - Layout and maintenance of process automation network infrastructure - Programming Object-Oriented Programming tools (C++, C#, Java, etc.) - Configuration, maintenance and upgrade of Wintel PC and Server hardware and software We offer an excellent salary commensurate with experience, a comprehensive benefits package and relocation if necessary.
