Position Description: Account Analyst is responsible for the data accuracy in our Siebel CRM system. Areas include Account, Contact and Competitive Asset information. The Account Analyst performs territory analysis, including product licensing opportunity reports, to help Sales Management determine opportunity and territory assignments. This position will also perform ad hoc territory analysis as requested to aid the sales team. The Account Analyst will make Account and Opportunity ownership changes, as well as assist the sales team with weekly Opportunity and Quote updates in Siebel. He/She will aid in generating requested reports throughout different departments in the company which will require MS Access merges and advanced MS Excel knowledge with formulas, pivot tables and possibly macros. The Account Analyst will work closely with Marketing to help generate qualified leads for the sales team. They will work with sales representatives, management and marketing to help determine appropriate sales campaigns. Responsibilities will include assistance with the planning, organizing, and promoting of these campaigns for targeted mailings, web seminars, and road shows.
Position Requirements: Bachelor degree required. Excellent MS Excel and MS Access knowledge. Must be able to generate reports using various formulas, pivot tables, links to other reports, merging of several reports and possibly macros. Strong written and oral communication skills. Organized, detail oriented and team player.
Desired Skills/Knowledge/Experience: Business, Marketing or Communications degree a plus. Siebel experience a major plus, particularly Siebel Opportunities and Siebel Quotes.
