AMP is the marketing/advertising/promotional agency of Alloy Media + Marketing, an Alloy, Inc. Company.  As part of Alloy Media + Marketing, AMP delivers custom solutions for consumer. The Account Coordinator will play a critical role within the Account Management department  and will actively support  various account teams on day-to-day management for all strategy and execution of our industry-leading marketing programs.  The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the marketing promotions industry. AMP seeks candidates that are passionate, energetic, collaborative, solution-oriented, have a bias towards thinking “outside the box”, and consistently demonstrates a strong sense of professional integrity and accountability.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with team members, management and/or functional groups to support the day-to-day account management for our clients;
  • Multi-task to effectively manage client expectations, timelines, and relationships, as well as, coordinate with internal functional groups and vendors;
  • Manage program logistics from conception through implementation; 
  • Recruit and manage field staff during programs, remotely at times;
  • Develop a basic knowledge of the client from a business, industry and competitive perspective;
  • Assist in creating and managing budgets and timelines for various programs;
  • Proactively collaborate to service clients as needed;
  • Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

  • BA in Marketing or related field;
  • 1-2 years of relevant account management experience, preferably in an Agency environment;
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the promotional marketing industry, specifically with event marketing, mobile marketing, field marketing, and retail promotions with previous experience strongly preferred;
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Proven client service orientation with strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective presentation skills;
  • Ability to consistently perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment as an individual in a team environment;
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
  • Travel required, anticipated to be between 10-30%
