POSITION SUMMARY
Coordinate all aspects of order attainment, placement, follow-up and delivery. Participate in achievement of departmental sales goals. Assist in support of sales team members as needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research and order product
- Prepare and execute detailed purchase orders
- Prepare and deliver quotes for presentation to clients
- Maintain quotes for accurate vouching and billing
- Enter and process orders with accurate billing information
- Ensure complete Project/Information request, Creative Tracking Form and Print Production Request Forms
- Ensure that event and ship dates are accurate and updated for all orders
- Maintain clear, accurate open order report with no open orders 30 days past event date
- Ensure accuracy of company margins and sales quota requirements
- Support use of Evigna approved suppliers
- Obtain client approval and select final product, suppliers, creative and print production
- Confirm and record availability and timing of merchandise with selected suppliers
- Follow-up to ensure timely processing of orders, accurate delivery and client satisfaction
- Interface with all departments to ensure client requirements are met
- Assist in billing process
- Interact with AP/AR to ensure timely processing of vouching and collection
- Assist in collections process to ensure that all client's receivables are up to date and in accordance with set terms. Ensure that no receivables are over 90 days past due.
- Participate in employee and company objectives including ISO and Executive/Management goals
- Attend vendor meetings
- Attend department trainings as required
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Work on special accounts or projects, as designated by Sales Support Manager or Account Manager
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned by Sales Support Manager or Account Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
- Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred in business, marketing, advertising, related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize & meet strict deadlines
- Customer service experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Word, Excel, Outlook
- Promotional Products industry experience preferred
