    Job Summary:
    The Account Coordinator (AC) will manage the business relationships with Property Management Companies and Apartment Communities in their respective territory. The AC will be responsible for maintaining a current customer base and customer records in the company's CRM tool. The AC should possess a strong work ethic, drive and determination, and self-motivation.

    Essential Functions:
  • Learn and maintain proficiency in the ApartmentGuide.com family of products and services.
  • Act as primary point-of-contact with client accounts.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to transition clients from the sales channel into the account management department.
  • Demonstrate Apartmentguide.com ability to satisfy clients' advertising requirements and communicate the business value of our solution.
  • Continue to build relationships with current clients by providing additional training as well as offering additional services and marketing support. Proactively finds new ways to build the client's business and grow accounts.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas on a consistent basis.
  • Maintain client records and sales activity in the CRM tool.
  • Masters and maintains knowledge of client's business, competition, and latest industry news and trends.
  • Provide detailed marketplace feedback to Sales Manager and product teams for future program development.
  • Report back to management on meetings, schedule, and territory activities.
  • Other responsibilities as required

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills. The ability to effectively communicate at all levels
  • Time management skills. Extremely organized and highly motivated
  • Database management skills
  • Applicants should possess an intuitive understanding and familiarity with the long term rental market.
  • Demonstrates ability to develop account relationship with customers
  • Demonstrated commitment to teamwork and account results
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint and Microsoft Office suite
