Account Development Representative

Major distributor of wine & spirits is seeking a sharp, results driven individual to work as an Account Development Representative in our Pinnacle Division.  The selected candidate will have primary responsibility for delivering volume growth based on individual objectives, executing program activities in assigned accounts, and supporting reps through account development initiatives.  He/she will focus on maximizing volume, distribution and category growth in accounts, coordinating planned activities with KAM’s, sales reps and merchandisers, developing a process to measure (ex) brands performance in the marketplace, conducting account presentations to increase sales, identifying and selling merchandising concepts and opportunities, and participating in new product launches and store resets.  Candidate must have an Associate Degree or equivalent experience, demonstrated professionalism, the ability to lift 50lbs, 2-3 years retail sales experience, beverage industry preferred, and a working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
