The Job – Account Director:  We are looking for successful Account Directors or Account Executives (5+ years) from the design or ad agency business who know how to sell and service creative services.  YBR Design Account Directors will be paid well for finding design clients and projects, recruiting and managing Account Executives, working with clients you know and calling on new clients.  Successful Account Directors will earn in excess of $150,000+ per year.  As an Account Director you will be exceptionally compensated for generating new design projects and for recruiting and overseeing a team of successful Account Executives. So, what do you have to do?  Present our credentials and pricing, ask for a small piece of the client design business…and we will help you earn the rest.  Then find Account Executives that will exponentially expand your market area.

The Job – Account Executive: We are also looking for successful Account Executives, or business savvy Graphic Designers who know how to generate revenue and want to shake up the local graphic design market.  Account Executives will be exceptionally compensated for generating new design projects with successful Account Executives earning in excess of $100,000+ per year.  As an Account Executive representing YBR Design, you will be paid for selling YBR design projects that will generate exceptional current and residual earnings to you.  What do you have to do?  Present our credentials and pricing, ask for a small piece of the client design business…and YBR Design, along with your Account Director, will help you earn the rest.
